Additional Information

All packages are billed on a monthly basis, with payment required in advance. Any unused hours within the month cannot be carried over to the following month.

Time spent on tasks is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes to ensure accurate billing. Support is provided via email and other agreed communication channels.

Newsletter content, images, and required information should be provided by the client unless additional content creation has been agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and access needed to complete tasks efficiently.

Availability is Monday to Friday, with flexible evening support. Tasks are typically completed within 24–48 hours, depending on workload and complexity.
